At Whimsicuddle, your satisfaction is very important to us. We want you to enjoy every purchase and have a smooth shopping experience. If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Returns & Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Products must include their original packaging and any included accessories or tags.

  • Proof of purchase and your order number must be provided.

  • Items that have been used, altered, damaged, or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions from our team.


Order Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Cancellation requests can only be accepted before your order has entered the processing or shipping stage. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent.

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as Whimsicuddle cannot be responsible for packages lost during return transit.


Refund Process

Once your returned item arrives and has been inspected, we will send you an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want every order to arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.


Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Items that have been used or worn.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer handling.

  • Customised or personalised products (unless defective).
